Time Century Jewelry District
Plans to open the largest Jewelry District gentrification project in the U.S. will open in late summer 2022
Dateline: Miami, Florida, June 09th, 2022.
It will be over 225,000 square feet within the completely restored Time Century Tower on 1NE 1st Street in Downtown Miami, Florida.
Time Century Developers see this initial Tower as the catalyst and anchor for the entire Jewelry District. Plans to establish an international jewelry destination in the center of Downtown Miami have the support of Mayor Daniella Levin Cava's and the key Business Development arm of the City, The Beacon Council of Greater Miami, all playing a significant role in their success.
The project is designed with the latest state-of-the-art conveniences necessary to service the growing influx of jewelers, watch companies, and jewelry trade services in downtown Miami. With a sizeable three-story atrium and custom-designed escalators, shoppers can see through to the elegant salons throughout the first three levels. Most retail spaces will have clear signage viewable from the main floor. Visiting customers will also benefit from Time Century's valet parking service or select from several newly-built public parking garages steps away from the building. The design includes a complete Diamond Floor just for diamond dealers, cutters, wholesalers, and grading facilities in the upper office spaces.
Time Century will supply 24/7, 365 security technology, and for manufacturing, each space will have its own ventilation capability. The other floors will be occupied by an international group of companies from Israel, Turkey, Lebanon, Italy, France, Spain, Columbia, Venezuela, and Mexico.
They plan to outfit an area for short-term leasing by the day, very much like a "WeWorks” for traveling jewelers called T.C. Suites Share, which will provide conference rooms, private offices, and vault space for vendors. Instead of risking travel with a bag on wheels, you can now check into T.C.
