Yair Levy, the developer of
Time Century Jewelry Center, known for his trailblazing locations and his insight into where businesses will thrive, has now focused on building his brand as a premier destination for tourists to visit while on vacation, joining the Greater Miami Conventions & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB).
In a recent article, GMCVB President and CEO David Whitaker helps explain the destination’s allure. “We communicate globally all the exciting assets Greater Miami and Miami Beach offer visiting guests. This includes not only our great hotels and resorts, but also the unique events and neighborhoods in and around Miami. Of course, our perfect weather is one draw, but so is our recognition as an arts and culture destination. And the great artisans from around the world that will be housed in the Time Century Building will be part of that cultural infusion.”
Time Century Jewelry Center at 1 N.E. 1st Street,
www.timecenturyjewelrycenter.com will be the anchor location transforming the once fabled jewelry district with this new iconic building and
Yair Levy plans to house the best in retail, manufacturing, and jewelry services which design and produce modern fresh new collections for his consumer and tourism audiences. His New York-based company,
Time Century Holdings, is turning a blighted city block into the jewel of Downtown Miami.
The $50 million price tag of the 225,000 square-foot building will be home to 300 top designers worldwide.
Time Century Jewelry Center is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2022. "This multi-cultural City is the best place to bring a focus on modern fine jewelry designers and watches." Says
Yair Levy. The growth will be exponential, with over 25 million visitors to the area per year. The allure of the Time Century Jewelry Destination will be two top restaurants, convenient City parking and Time Century's own valet parking in front of the building location on 1 NE 1st Street, and an exciting Instagram Wall to capture visitor events in front of the Time Century Moments. This will surely catch many viral moments, both personal and celebratory. The entire district has many luxury condos and apartments being developed nearby. Levy predicts a robust flow of tourists to see King Solomon's mine of jewelry and the largest jewelry district in the world.
