Time Century Jewelry District
Yair Levy, an experienced developer from New York, visited Miami's famed downtown Jewelry area and saw a lot of new construction close by for luxury condos and apartments
| "I have been visiting Miami and Miami Beach for many years. Two years ago, I stopped in Downtown Miami to get a new battery for my watch in the famed jewelry district. I saw that in the heart of Miami, no one had rescued the glamour of the jewelry district. After some research, I felt passionate that many excellent jewelers were in inferior buildings, so I bought the Richard's store, formerly known as Metro Mall." Says Levy explaining his new passion.

The jewelry district had many lovely retailers, but the buildings they were housed in were in disrepair and neglect.
Now his company Time Century Holdings, is well on its way to creating a magnificent eight-story building with a three-story atrium, two restaurants, and four floors of jewelry showrooms, wholesalers, and manufacturers. This new construction, along with his neighbors, would make Downtown Miami the second largest jewelry district in the U.S. His team told him what would bring the prestige back to the whole community would be an invitation to a prestigious, top-quality diamond and gemstone grading and educational institution. He is now on a quest to make that happen. There is real emotion when buying a diamond. Because it is usually one of a consumer's largest luxury purchases, it is always wise to have a diamond certification. A very important step to add value.
Yair Levy has recently announced that he is forming an advisory committee for that purpose. "I want to create a beautiful building, but I also want to give something back to the community," says Levy. By working to bring a prestigious diamond grading company to Miami Downtown, it will raise the level of trust and quality for the entire industry. It is not just about education but to resuscitating the district so that it becomes a landmark for locals, visitors and tourists. These are illustrious goals, and Levy may have been well informed to make this decision. One of his advisory members is the prestigious research solutions company Claritas. Claritas has provided him with all of the data he needed to see the incredible sales and potential growth of the market.

Plans to open are targeted for September 2022, offering over 225,000 square feet within their beautifully appointed luxury landmark location.
